We have have a few hot days this week but the weekend mornings are looking to be amazing!

This Sunday we will be running from Missie's house in Montrose with a pot luck after. Come out and run or bring your bike. There is a nice paved trail. Best part is the food and connects with fellow runners.

We have had some good groups of people out running recently. We love seeing new face and old faces. It really makes a run enjoyable when you get to catch up and talk with someone you dont see as often.
